Stuck like glue?

there have been any times where I have been stuck and had to leave my game and rejoin, when nothing was around that could kill me or when I was out of reach of things to kill me, prime example! I think it would benefit everyone to atleast have an unstuck button in the menu, I understand the possibility of unstuck buttons/commands getting you into deeper situations or used as a cheat of some sorts (I've been an admin on G-mod for years) but still, if there's a possibility of a glitch like this or one where ya say get stuck on rocks or something where ya can't unstick yourself or die to get out of it, it's rather irritating having to leave the game and then rejoin, especially when ya take as long to load in as me xD, just something to think about ^.^
