Has anyone found the new NPCs talking about skeleton lords and bounty hunting.

@sharkbaitmorgan Are you talking about the people you deliver your cargo runs to? I have yet to talk to them..I should probably do that..been too busy doing cargo runs to stop and talk to them.
@SharkBaitMorgan Deadshot Charlotte on Lone Cove talks about bounty hunting, and some of the NPCs also showcase some of the new makeup that is possible to come.
