Why did the update kill fps and ping

Since update my fps dropped from 41 to 18 and my ping increased from 105 to 400-1100. if i break 1000 ping i crash. to use anything in game ping shoots from 400 to 900. my xbox 1 freinds lag just as bad as me.

anyone else have this issue?
