I keep finding cursed skeleton skulls (the kind you can hand in for missions) washed up on the beaches, but i cannot pick them up. Are other people having this problem?

Ahoy there, this is a known issue mentioned in this week's patch notes -
Bounty Skulls which are washed up on islands cannot be picked up.
