I'm restarting NMS on Xbox. I took the opportunity to name my first solar system and everything in it by a SoT theme.
The solar system's name is literally Sea of Thieves... but in Latin: Mare De Fures (hope I got that correct). I've only explored two of the four planets so far, but the first two I named Vandal's Return (my respawn point after leaving the Ferry of the Damned) and Sea of Plenty. I accidentally uploaded some stuff before renaming it on Vandal's Return, but the second planet is all Sea of Thieves.
Fauna include the Pirate Lord (an "unpredictable" predator), Ferryman's Ride (a devilish-looking bull), and Bananats (banana-colored birds). Flora include Skeltower Trees, Golden Cannons, Powderkegs, and Skelly's Reach plants (which look like a skeleton's hand). I even found a plant which, I kid you not, the game randomly described as feeding on "buried treasure"! It was meant to be. The first two regions I named Sanctuary Outpost and Merrick's Dive.
I'll explore and name the other planets tonight if I have time. Hopefully, I will find some oceans and a kraken!
