    Still happening Xbox one. Don't want to give up on this game but I have a sinking feeling every time it happens. I now cannot get through a solo sloop game without a cyanbeard fault. Not the quality I expect from rare.

    Might be an issue on your end. I am on Xbox as well and haven't had this issue. Might be a router issue? Support page says it has to do with loss of connection to Live and/or SoT service. So I am thinking possibly a NAT issue?

    No, it's not on his end. This is a known issue for only some players, and the extent it affects them varies.

    I've tried all suggested settings with no improvement. I've NEVER had any Xbox live connection issue with any other game.

    I ONLY ever get this problem if i have downloads going on somewhere in the house.

    @Nightjarr When I raised a support ticket the told me to do this:
    -Try another antivirus / firewall
    -Change your NAT to open
    -Open up official Xbox Live ports
    -Turn off Teredo on selected routers

    @drewbob7 thanks for info. I've done all that, still no improvement. Aaaaarrrghh....
