Hello guys, I can't be the only one who has thought this, but do you guys think the Captain's Chest should get buffed to be sold for a bit more gold than what you currently receive? Think about it, if you find a Captain's chest laying around on an island or a shipwreck, most you get is 500-800 and 800+ being quite rare(at least for me). Plus when you get a captain's from a voyage they sell for most 900+ and never hitting 1k. I find them to be in equal in rarity as the villainous skull yet a villainous gives you 1000+ and you end getting more for a villainous skull when you find them randomly. Maybe it's just me , but I feel Captain's should sell for a bit more considering their rarity.

@irhcsajr Yeaa I agree with that. There was this video on youtube where some people sold 120+ skulls and they went from 33-37..... LOL

(: yea, I think they were worth so much because we only had two nights to test the game. Also, there were no skulls back then! and all forts attacked on sight as you sailed passed.
I think you don´t understand the real reason Rare will never buff the reputation or gold reward. It´s simple that Rare don´t have any notably legendary content (neither any other real content).
If Rare raise the gold and reputation for the stuff many people will gain legendary too fast and then leave because there is nothing to do anymore exept PvP.
After reaching lvl 30 you walk with your face into a wall. After lvl 30 i felt like i need the same ammount of chest to reach lvl 31 like i needed from 1-30.I don´t understand why everyone is praising the mechanics in this game. I don´t like them because they are bad. Your reward has nothing to do with your reputation. You only get more maps and more chest to dig out. This only takes more time because more often i get the lowest chest. Yesterday (i´m now on 40) i got 3 seafahrers chest for one quest. This is a mess.
@shinbabo I understand that and that makes sense, but I'm just asking for a minor buff. Nothing crazy like 1000+, just a maybe a few hundred gold more than what it's sold for, that can't hurt.
