    The Windows Store sucks a*s and constantly has issues, I can't even open it right now to update my game. Not for any apparent reason either, I'm up to date with no issues, even ran System File Checker through the command prompt. It's just a flaming piece of s**t.

    So for the love of all that's unholy, stop being lazy letting Daddy Microsoft call all the shots and make a downloadable launcher, that will also do updates, that we can just get from your website. You're charging triple-A title prices, lets try having some triple-A quality.

    Edit - 3 hours spent trying to fix the Windows Store, and now literally despite nothing having changed, the Windows store has started working.

    I had this exact same problem. When clicking the store through the windows start menu it gave me an error. When I went to website for SoT and clicked Play Game all I got was a white screen. I'm assuming that white screen was the game updating. Eventually both links started working as did the game.

    rares owner Microsoft probably wants it windows store locked probably isn't entirely lazy there

    Yeah, I have a feeling you are probably right, that "Daddy" Microsoft is probably holding them hostage on this particular issue.

    Please make this a thing. The Windows Store is and always has been a nightmare. I shouldn't have to manually update my game through the Store AFTER I've loaded up the game, invited friends to my lobby and set sail, to be told there's a version mismatch. This is the sort of information I should be receiving BEFORE I'm even able to get to a lobby. It's a ridiculous system and desperately needs to be improved.
