    My cousin refunded his game this past Sunday and he played for much longer than that. All he had to do was talk to MS support over the phone. "No refunds after two hours" might be their official stance but they will make exceptions if you ask.

    Microsoft grants ONE REFUND per calendar year, if you're getting a refund for this you burned up your only refund for the rest of the year.

    This isn't steam Microsoft store actually has a no refund policy, but they lifted it for SoT's if you go through their support program.
