Where is my "Black Dog" content?

  • I have redeemed the "Black Dog" content. In the manage game section there is no DLC, I checked in the chests of my ship, but I did not receive anything! Why?

  • Same problem here.... I ordered the game for Pc via microsoft store on 10.03.2018 but didn't get a redeem message via the xbox app.
    I don't own an xbox so the work arounds some suggest don't work for me.
    My hopes are that there is some trouble sorting everything out and it will come by time but it is a little bit frustrating when you have preordered and then have to wait that long for it.

  • Also pre-ordered on MS store, still no redeem code.
    Read an article 3 days ago saying the code would be messaged tomorrow... well the tomorrow of tomorrow is here... still no message, email, code or anything.

    There is a slight delay in them reaching you, could be a day or two... Xbox needs to notify the game that you have redeemed the code and there seems to be a delay in this "message"

  • i cant find my code, its so sad... i love the game and i rlly want to get my hands on that Black Dog set... hope to get it soon

  • One last thing, do not you have to download anything? I used the code, but I have nothing to download, and no items/arms skin I received.

  • Redeemed my code too and still not items/skins.... i called microsoft support but they didn't help me at all and the call is VERY VERY expansive.
    Conclusion, no items, no support, im f****d up!

  • @sm00keykarachi I help you... they said that the service is suspended for the moment because too much people pre-ordered the key. So they are going to fix this specific issue in the first patch that will be up early next week. Maybe Monday

  • I was going to submit a ticket but then read on the 'support' page that they plan on 'fixing' it with the next patch update..
