Not sure if this is the right spot for this but oh well. So I pre ordered SoT on Xbox and it downloaded a very small file of around 98 MB. Is this the game itself because the Beta was around 18 Gigs. I'm just wondering if the game is pre downloaded so I can play immediately at launch or will I have to wait to download at launch? Thank you for your help!

@kustho That's what im hoping they do. The best part about pre ordering, aside from the extra cosmetics is the pre load that most games have for pre orders. So let's hope that's what happens.

Rare clearly stated that they HATE data-miners and many games simply only let you download them once released to prevent the miners getting access to the game information before it even releases.
And a 19Mb download is not the game as I think that would only cover the texture of 1 ship! xD

@satirical-yt I guess we'll find out, im just so hyped for this game! Im counting down the minutes until release, had so much fun in the Beta and I can't wait for more adventures and even more content!
For memory, the requirements are asking for 60GB on PC, whereas the Final Beta file size was 18.98GB (almost the same as Xbox One X, mostly for 4K graphics as far as I know), and 8.95GB on Xbox One.
