pirate to pirate trading and gifting

    Does anyone think this would be a great addition to the game? (if not already planned to be in it)

    Like you see a newer pirate who looks like c**p all dressed in poor pirate ripped shirt and flip flops, but you have some spare gold you could gift him ,he can buy a new shirt with that!!!!

    Or you are being attacked by another crew and you think you're a gonna, hold on you got that message in a bottle riddle!!! You could offer up to sell the map or trade it in exchange for not being wrecked

    Even the ability to sell / gift 1 of the many chests you're wrecklessly sailing around with, to other Pirates in exchange for goods or gold they also may like to trade with

    Trading in a game brings gold sellers.
    Cosmetics in Sea of Thieves are related to achievements.
    Being a target is the essence of the game.
    And I guess microtransactions will support gifting.

    So nope.

    I dont think is necessary purely because it kind of can already happen. Sure you cant trade quests but you can give some a chest for some resources etc. Many times my crew has traded chests for boom booms, even if they didnt have any we tend to give a chest to 'em anyway as a downpayment for when we see them again haha.

    Also in terms of offering up stuff for not getting wrecked, again you can do that already, no guarantee but you can certainly try haha
