Chinese/Japanese/Korean Pirate themed customization and ships FLC/cash shop

    Would love to have the option to play a Chinese themed Pirate like real life [Ching Shih] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ching_Shih) and be able to sail the seas in a customize-able Junk. The Junk might even have a pagoda on the quarter deck/stern castle, cause why not!

    It would be great to have more diversity in pirate themes other than just the western look and could open the doors to other themes like Indian pirates for example.

    I would pay for this kind of content if I had to!

    What say you all?

    Great idea, I'm also wandering why SoT doesn't have Chinese Language, in China there are really big amount of player who wanna take part in it.

    Jk of course. But I do think it'd be sweet to have plenty of what might be considered foreign cosmetics and ways players can sort of personalize themselves more, or add more personality to their characters with more options for cosmetics like that too.

    I believe it has been confirmed there will be different ships added eventually. They are focusing on releasing it now. I do agree with you, it would be cool to see the actual chinese themed ships, with them having the strongest armada EVER, compared to other pirates.

    I'm considering a Chinese pirate, or a Polynesian voyager, especially if I roll an appropriate mix of studly and wonky in my carousel.

    I'd probably want to change my name tho.

    Hopefully when or if Sea of Thieves development team adds this kind of content they'll allow us to return to the carousel for a fee without having to reset our progression and content unlocks.
