If there is an error forum please let me know.. otherwise this is the issue I have encountered quite a few times.
There seems to be a tear on Mermaid island. or a raised but lowered place you fall though when trying to get to the top south side.
Its located to the right of the 3 skull area .. as pictured. I also added my clue if that helps?
I fell in twice and had to drowned to leave that hole and twice it like autp killed me and took me back to my boat.

As for my other question.
I have 2 computers and 1 xbox one... and 6 kids... My account is the one that purchased the game.. and my kids have xbox (kids accounts, in my family)
My issue is that they cannot seem to sign in and play at the same time as I am? I have searched the internet to find all the tips to set up the xbox and settings etc.. What am i doing wrongly that it wants to sign us out when another signs on to there own account to play??
