    Unable to gain any notoriety with the gold hoarders turned close to 30 chests and still level 1 starter.

    @imthebatman9 Thanks for coming to the form to post! Hmm, that is weird. How long ago did this happen? I have seen and heard about a few users turning in their gold and not getting gold or XP right away. A bit later into their sessions the servers would finally catch up and dole out their missing gold or XP.

    @musicmee Thanks I appreciate your guys response good to know you guys are actively working on these things, keep up the great work really do enjoy the gameplay and the camaraderie. Can't wait for the full release and see what's next.

    Last night... I had encountered an issue with being unable to redeem the first mission. It finally cleared itself out after about 5 to 7 minutes. Check out the video below... I've marked the time code so you can see right away when it happens:

    FYI, same thing here. I have played 4 hours today, sold at leat 15 chests and did not get any XP.

    I might be having this issue as well. No Trading Company progress pop-up appears after a turn in chests, though gold pop-ups add to my wealth. My rank might be increasingly slowly without the pop-up notifications. But it's hard to tell at rank 18 because increases are so slow anyway.

    @hallower1980 nah its 'stuck' I was Level 2, turned in umpteen chest of various value...got the Gold but no rep.

    Had this issue earlier while sailing with @triheadedmonkey.
    Cashed in a good 10-15 chests with no progress added, but gold was added fine!
    Bit of a downer really as it was a good mix of higher value chests

    Question where do you find the other Quest givers all i can find is the one for gold. Thats not giving me XP but in the Alpha there were 3 quest givers now i only see 1.

    I had this happen as well. I restarted the game and joined a new session and everything was accounted for.

    @neph09 Only the Gold Hoarders company is in the Closed Beta. It's saddening, I know.

    ...especially with so many chicken cages scattered about. Hopefully, the harpoons also hint at future content!

    Ahh Sorry when you mentioned trading company i thought you were on that one as well, thanks for clarifying, very sad to see them taking out major content for the beta :(

    Same thing happened to me yesterday, sold 6-7 chests but didn’t get any reputation.
