@jokerxfacexptx they haven't released a definitive Minimum Spec yet but this was given as a 'ballpark' list:
OS: “Windows 10 Anniversary” (1607)
CPU: Intel i3 @2.9GHz / AMD FX-6300 @3.5GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 650 / AMD Radeon 7750
RAM: 4GB
DirectX: 11
VRAM: 1GB
HDD: 60GB @5.4k RPM

@jokerxfacexptx for 720p@30FPS+ apparently according to @teddy-25 (who knows his onions....or at least SHOULD! :D )
I'm sure I have seen someone say they had run the game fine on a system that seemed to surprise almost everyone but can't for the life of me find the post
EDIT: I also dug up this quote:
