Not receiving coins and reputation after selling

@muhliik Believe it or not, this issue has been around since, as far as I remember, back in Season 11. Not sure if it was found then or if it was just a problem with the game since its release. There is a chance that your rep and gold DO appear, but if it doesn't appear within 72 hours, contact support and explain the situation to them. Sometimes they will net you the earnings back, but it can be a coin flip.

As far as patching it goes, I do agree and hope in the 6-month content break there is some background work done to fix these long-standing issues, but chances are, over in the Pirate Emporium, we will receive a wide variety of new cosmetics for Ancient Coins

You're not kidding. When Reaper forts were first introduced, they had a mega-stash event, with a chance for them to be loaded with 30 ashen Athenas. My crew and I got lucky and managed to successfully get 2 mega-stashes back to back (I submitted screenshots when I made my ticket). As we turned in, we noticed no gold was being awarded. Figuring the gold was delayed, we kept selling. We waited 72hrs, and when gold/rep failed to appear, we submitted a ticket. The employee told us to wait 72hrs. After informing them 72hrs had already passed, long story short, "Yeah that happens. Nothing we can do. Oh well. Rip. Please fill out this survey to rate the help you received."

This experience has taught us that whenever we have treasure we want credit for, to sell something of lesser-value first. If we receive credit, we're good. If not, wait a while.

Yes this unfortunately is a known bug we all hate. I have learned to stop selling immediately and force leave the game and come right back in before continuing to sell and it normally fixes it. Most times if you don't you will never see the money again. Hopefully one day this will be addressed in their updates but after years of it happening I don't expect it anytime soon
