I’ve been playing this game on and off since release date. The player base is dying because Rare doesn’t care enough. If you add the existing map or create a new map this will bring players back and bring new players in. The map has barely changed since release date.

Won’t. It be short lived and such. Like tall tales, people show up for it and after you done everything. It’s back to the same song of being bored because modern gamers can’t be creative.
Even if they made Sea of the damned a place to travel and explore.

Eventually it all ends back the same way you are right but i think our conversation from before about a new map area being located in the sea of the damned might just be the answer for more diversity of places to explore.
