Missing Ship Cosmetics, Clothing, and other Cosmetics

I recently logged into Sea of Thieves on a Safer Shores server to help a friend learn the basics. When I went to teach ship cosmetics, I found that all of my cosmetics (hull, wheel, sail, etc) that I had purchased or otherwise earned were missing. Additionally, all of the clothing cosmetics , weapon cosmetics, and tool cosmetics that I had purchased over the years were also missing. I had spent over 300,000 gold on getting those items over the course of the last 3 years. What can I do?
