NO GOLD AFTER SELLING

There is a bug in the support link and I cannot reach chat support. We need this fixed. There is a bug that’s causing us to not get our hard earned gold

I've had this happen before, and there's usually 3 outcomes here:
1- You earned the gold without it actually showing you,
2- You'll earn the gold the next time you log on (it's delayed), or
3- (sadly), the system wasn't able to count what you turned in, and it's lost.

When the Reaper Forts first came, they had a chance to contain a mega-stash. My crew and I managed to get 2 forts completed and had 60 ashen athena chests on board (we have clips and screenshots). Sadly, a majority of them didn't count when we sold, so trust me when I say I know how unfortunate it is. Sorry you experienced this.
