Guild Quality of Life: Direct Session Linking for Multiple Ships

  • Hi everyone,

ur Guild spends far too much time trying to "sync-start" sessions just to play together on the same server. This "countdown" method is frustrating and wastes hours of potential playtime that should be spent enjoying the game. Since Guilds were designed to foster community, we propose a "Join Guild Session" feature. If a server has an open ship slot, a second Captain from the same Guild should be able to link directly to that specific instance. This would eliminate the tedious server-hopping process and allow us to function as a cohesive fleet, making the Guild experience more accessible for everyone.

  • Joining sessions with multiple ships in its current form isn't exactly an intended feature and this suggestion would allow for alliance servers to be formed easily, which aren't promoted or condoned by Rare.

Safer Seas Fleets and Private Servers are slated to be coming early this year though (which I presume by the name will allow players to be on multiple ships in a safer seas style session), so keep your eyes peeled for that

  • @ablepirate I'll stay in touch!

  • What @AblePirate said: it's a bit like complaining that sprint juggling with loot is too difficult, or that ladder launching is too complicated, or that it takes too long to beach your ship during an hourglass match so it can't sink. The game is not meant to be played like that.

  • @eligibleeel6171

lol and players want it to play like that. Soon will have AI crewmates who do everything for us.
