Why don't you get credit for the selling of gifts that you leave at Reapers when you are not on the server?
I left 5 Generous Gifts and a Reaper Chest(to attract attention hopefully) at Reapers only to get merged off.
Maybe the server was getting shutdown or maybe somebody sold them and I got nothing due to being merged off.
Shame the gifts don't work like map digs that you leave on the quest board at outposts and you can get credit if the sale takes place when you are off server.
So I agree because I think that would have made this easier to be completed the last few years lol
However, I have been able to get 27/30 completed the last 48 hours with this event. Surprisingly, a lot of the players we have ran into doing the forts have been willing to sail to Reapers to sell the gifts with us. It is like herding cats at times but totally doable. Could be fear of losing everything since they tend to be smaller boats compared to our gally.
