Any chance the mercenary shipset could return?

At the time I didn't know it was a limited time cosmetic, I only bought the flag from the shipwright, I did all the limited time voyages even the painful keg one, I am eligible for the shipset, seems strange it hasn't returned yet we've seen other more sort after cosmetics return.
