1). Use flares to signal the mermaid to take you back to your ship instead of giving away your position with a big blue signal beacon if you want to stealth run a crew. So calling a mermaid when its time would be better.
2). Crosshairs need to be in this game as it can be hard to judge the angles of the cannonballs when firing at the enemy ships.
3). Safer seas need to be more unrestricted to try out some of the quests in high seas to get better against experienced players.
4). If playing solo, let us have npcs fixing our ships, bucketing water from the ship, fixing the masts and sails because solo is hardmode against a crew of 4. So better matchmaking to even the odds.
5). Give us the ability to throw out prop barrels so we can barrel disguise on ships.
6). Sell all option.
7). Faster anchor if solo.
8). Give us 3 weapons like sword for default, any weapon we choose, and one for boarding like the grapple gun.
9). Better stability in servers has clipping through the ship, and enviroment can be problematic.
10). Keg storage box that immune to cannonfire.
11). Ships that can move closer to the merchants
12). Higher capacity barrels for food and normal cannonballs etc.
13). Allow us to dive with our loot at any time to our destination.
14). Maybe a health bar for the ship to see how far off they are close to sinking.
15). Sea fort treasure needs to be better.
Ideas for the game
- Other crews can't see the smoke from your mermaid. It's only a beacon to you.
- Crosshairs actually wouldn't be useful for cannon aiming since you never actually point where the crosshair would be where you expect the cannonball to go.
- What quests do you think Safer Seas is missing? Can't really address this one since you aren't specific enough
- Are you playing solo galleon? That would explain why you think you need NPCs to help. If you're on solo sloop you can effectively bail yourself even with multiple tier 3 and multiple tier 2 holes.
- What stops the captain of the ship from doing that before you get there? If they do it before you get there, there would be no barrels and therefore where you hide would be obvious.
- Sovereigns. I know it's not a sell all, but that would be SO broken. You are being chased for your loot pile, you get to the outpost and hit the "sell all" button and your loot is safe. The ship that has been 30 seconds behind you for the last 10 minutes gets no chance to take advantage of you needing to do something sorta drawn out to get some of the loot. You no longer need to prioritise what loot to sell before you get there, you no longer need to sort it or move it to a place where you can move it off faster.
- Ok so you play solo galleon. I play solo galleon too, but I expect solo galleon to be hard mode because the galleon is not a ship made for a single person to drive and operate. In bad situations, one person won't be enough to even bilge, nevermind repair.
- This would be kinda fun but in practice it would make combat too easy, and the way you phrase it sounds more like you want the grapple gun as a 3rd weapon.
- Yeah obviously lol. Is this even worth saying?
- The point of transporting kegs is that you have a chance to blow up with them. Put them on your crows nest or bowsprit.
- What does this even mean? Merchants stalls are on the dock, they are often the closest thing to your ship when you spawn.
- Higher capacity? There is no way you are routinely getting over 1500 of every resource, and if you are, why? I don't think I've used 1500 pieces of wood in my entire time in this game.
- The point of losing loot on dive is so you can't just stack server specific events, just hopping from server to server to find them and hoard them. If I could just dive until I found a FoF and keep all my loot, I could just stack FoFs and make it so no one could ever have a chance to steal the resulting loot.
- That exists, it's called water level. There are warning sounds when the water level gets too high. Those are the creaks you hear when the water level passes 25%, 50%, and 75% full.
- Sea forts need to be better. 10 waves of the same 4 guys and then one boss is good enough for the loot you get. If they added better loot they would need to make it harder or add more to it.

14). Maybe a health bar for the ship to see how far off they are close to sinking.
15). Sea fort treasure needs to be better.1.) There is those mermaid fruit you can cook to be enchanted merfruit, they block Mermaids from showing up and sharks for a time if you want a stealthy approach, we do not need this change.
2.) This isn't some FPS, people learn to adjust their cannonshots to land hits and some people with experience have already got a firm idea of the angles they need.
3.) Such as? It seems fine how it is right now.
4.) Are you talking about from a bonecaller or something? Why should you be afforded more assistance because you chose to not use the plentiful options to find someone to sail with, the solo experience is already balanced as it's going to be and the servers can only handle 6 ships at a time so of course they want to incentivise more people per server. This is not going to happen.
5.) Someone who sees prop barrels on their ship is still gonna sword check every barrel, this won't improve tucking on smaller ships, it's more easier to do on larger ships but there is plentiful other places and ways to hide.
6.) Where? Why? You don't like that you can have the stuff on your ship stolen? it's a pirate game, until you sell it, it's not yours, if you are using soverigns you already can sell fast, just learn to keep container chests for smaller items and if you are under attack, try to choose between priority selling the most valuable first or try to escape or sell piece by piece.
7.) Again, why? So far this is sound like you are a solo main playing a multiplayer game who doesn't like it isn't made to cater to solo play...
8.) Can you be more specific since we have big swords, rapiers, cutlasses, they all swords but they still sword like weapons you could expect a pirate to have. One boarding assist weapon is more than other i'd say, we don't need a rope and hook to let us climb up vertically from the water to board the boat without using the ladder.
9.) They are working on this all the time, it's not perfect and it happens, you just gotta deal with it and move on, it's not that easy to fix.
10.) No. Carrying kegs on your ship is supposed to be a risk, there is no reason to make it easier. You wanna sell a keg? Put it where you feel is least likely to be hit by cannonfire or will do the least amount of damage if it booms but don't try asking for a way to remove the risk entirely.
11.) ??? ROWBOATS?
12.) The capacity as is, already is MORE than enough.
13.) No. I already know where this is going, you don't like that someone can chase you for the loot on your boat and want to dive and escape with it, well tough, fight for it or try run with it but you are not getting an easy out just because you don't like it's a pirate game.
14.) It's called the water level and you don't need to be checking it from afar, just keep pressure on your opponent with holes and board them to stop them bucketing or repairing.
15.) Why exactly? It's got plentiful resources and the loot is fairly balanced as it is already for a structure that doesn't require a WE to find decent loot and doesn't tell the whole server when there is loot to be had.
giving away your position with a big blue signal beacon
Only you see that blue smoke.
Crosshairs need to be in this game as it can be hard to judge the angles of the cannonballs when firing at the enemy ships.
That the point. Learning experience. This isn’t CoD
If playing solo, let us have npcs fixing our ships
Nope. You need human crewmates.
After reading the rest. This seems more of a troll post? A lot of these are clear sign of first time player and doesn’t like to play hard
