Adding Flying dutchman as a playable ship and more tall tales

It might be something hard but Im sure most of the community wants this
the thing we want is you all showed us flying dutchman ship in a pirate's life tall tales we want that ship to become playable just like burning blade. It can become an world event or just a tall tale special ship it would be so cool and play with it and I dont think it would harm anything or anyone on the game or community. and please we all want more tall tales our passive (non-pvper) players wants more tall tales to play for example a tall tale that includes burning blade (new one not the ashen age one) that tells us about reapers more than we know Im sure they pretty much have more secrets to waiting to get revealed!!
