100 gunpowder barrel achievement has obviously been made almost inachievable after they removed the merchant voyage. I have a suggestion for having naturally spawned gunpowder kegs to have a delivery not attached to them, similar to other cargo.

@mamelann Same with the crates. They need to be added to the merchant cycle or another way to get them, maybe a couple of limited time events could work?
