Sea dog tavern on the map

Ever since the arena closed. The sea dog tavern has been collecting dust. So I propose converting it into an outpost or something and bring back the arena lobby as the interior of the tavern, it would make a great place for the veterans to remember the arena and would add to the area a bit more.
