Random character generation can sometimes be tedious. You can get a character that seems attractive but with defects such as missing teeth, eyes or bad make-up, as well as nasty scars. I wish the game had an option to fix at least the make-up and facial scarring by using make-up that completely removes all cosmetic changes, as well as the same option for scars that would hide them. That way, the player would be able to choose between expressive makeup or scars and not having them on their face.
