When will sot fix the supply/shark issues

Yet again another update and still the same issues persist. When buying captain supplies (even when doing 1 at a time backing out etc) only half the time do they appear on ship still. Must have spent 250k by now on supplies that never appear. With the sharks.. they still spawn 2 or 3 within 30 seconds of entering the water. Last update we were told they were fixed. Still not seeing that on my end
