Unwanted Quests Sharing

  • So I had this thought today when I had a "backlog" of random missions (bottle missions, barrel-found missions and the like). While I do like doing them, I sometimes tend to get a whole lot of them at once and simply don't have either the time or the energy to do them all. I've actually felt it a shame that they go to waste for a long time.

But then I remembered the quest board on outposts and seaposts, the one where players can post their own treasure hunting maps and take others' and find them.

And I thought to myself, "Huh! Wouldn't it be great if I could let someone else have these missions using this board? All it takes is a separate pair of tabs like we already have for the player treasure maps."

Which brought me here after my last session of SoT. My question, mainly to the devs of course, is whether this is an idea you'd agree to implement?

  • I like it

I find the coral bottles all the time and could save people a lot of time with those

people could add fruit/wood and they could just set a date when it's taken

  • I think a system like that would be left to rot like the quest board itself.

As much as I'd love merchants to have a simpler way to get the quests nessisary for the Merchant Fruit/Wood/Cannonball Crate delivery commendations; I think the best option is to just shove all your clutter quests into your stashed quests radial.

  • @vaughnsot Those quests don't stick around in the stash radial for the next login, so it's useless advice
