A supplement for Hourglass

  • Hello, here,

    I would like to suggest one thing that may help HG mod players.

    In other games, it is necessary to reach a certain level in order to launch a new mod. With this idea, I therefore propose to be at a certain level before being able to launch the new HG mod (legend pirate, or max level in each emissary for example).

    This will bring a lot of advantages, such as filtering and avoiding meeting NEW alt-accounts, avoiding new players who vote without doing it on purpose, having a better knowledge of the game and many other advantages.

    Please talk about the idea and not the problem.
    The more supporters the better!!!!!

    1. Pirate Legend Status or 75 Reaper lvl
      or
    2. 50 in three factions

    Currently I don't know what will be the best, but what I wish is that it will be the longest and more complicated if you see what I mean :)

    No matter what, it would limit hackers for sure, as the current state is to buy an Xbox Pass and a new account. Something time-consuming, so they will grow tired of it.

  • @RLKaa I see the idea that in order to use the hourglass the characters have to be legendary pirates as perfect.

  • The challenge is that this would be a gatekeeper to prevent new players from playing hourglass. In a game mode that suffers from low player participation to begin with, this would simply be another nail in the coffin.

    To participate regularly, I don't think it's a problem, there is not a lot of waiting between each match so it's fine. And I think that in the end it will bring in more people in the future, I hope

    At least PL and 75 Reapers, good idea man. I’ve run into a lot of suss players with 12 hours in game time

    I would even go so far as to say that they should have the gold curse and do the 5 fables 5 times, but they will tell me that's too much :) haha

    I second the gatekeeping sentiments. At most put the limits for doing emissary on it. (Level 25 in a faction I think)

  • Having to be PL and also be Reaper 75 is I think the best. It's consistent, then start the PVP

    I've played for 5 years and still don't have Reapers 75 because I honestly just don't care for the faction. So I would not be able to play HG because I don't like Reapers?

    If you want to play this mod, well yes. It's like quests, there are some you don't want to do.

    After it is only a suggestion, there question is not there. You have to set up stages before you can play the HG mod. What stage? personally I don't care, but I would like it to be something long to do. The longer the better.

    This is mostly for mod logic; it's pvp and Reaper is the only officially PVP faction, so logically having to be 75 reaper is what seems to be the best.

  • Am I misunderstanding something or don’t you already have to be either Pirate Legend/level 75 in Reapers to get the ghost/Skelly curse anyway when levelling HG? Or are people not giving a hoot about the curse and just fighting for pvp’s sake?

    Hey !

    At the moment to be able to play the HG mod you don't need anything. When you win or lose a match and you have put the emissary Reaper / athena you have renown which increases. In addition to the servant and guardian factions which also increase

  • It will be interesting to have to sink a minimum of 200 skeleton boats before being able to participate in the mod
