SPOILERS FOR SHORES OF GOLD AND HIGH REP REAPERS
Upon seeing the skeleton curse I was a bit let down that there wasn't many iconic looks of past skeleton lords other than the 2 headed skull from the Two-faced scoundrel boss. What did catch my eye however was that by replaying heart of fire as a skeleton you can unlock the ashen skelly as a reward, and that got me thinking.
Replaying the older tall tales as a skeleton could unlock exclusive skeleton lord themed cosmetics for our boney bodies. For example if you beat Briggsy a number of times you unlock Briggsy's Skull (plaguee doctor mask and all) as well as her Jacket Torso and Legs for skeletons. Similiarly if you beat grey-marrow in the Revenge of the Morningstar Tall Tale you get his amazing looking cloak, and to add some more pvp based rewards, you unlock greyamrrows Thickly bearded skull for yourself if you beat the Fort of the Damned a few times as a skeleton.
The list goes on but I imagine you get the point, it'd add some repeatability to the existing tall tales and a reason for veterans to replay them and it'd give the skeleton curse some Iconic designs to mix and match with, like imagine Briggy's mask on grey-marrow's cloak with the ashen bones, it'd be sick.
I would also love to see some challenges and rewards based around the fort lords, like being given the Mutinous Helmsman's iconic mop of a hairdo or the Duchess's frilly dress.
