With the coming update being PvP oriented, the game is sorely overdue for a lot of changes to PvP itself. Rather than talk about bugs and features I think the most urgent and easily added ones are quality of life focused, and should come ASAP- it's kind of ridiculous that the game is missing this stuff.
- Option to disable sit prompts and trinket prompts on ships
- More granular mouse sensitivity options. Right now mouse sens cannot be adjusted with enough precision to achieve exact parity with other games without significantly changing mouse DPI.
- Slimline ship banners
- Let us disable milestone notifications, I really am sick of getting part of my view blocked by a notification every time I've fired 75 cannons. This is super frustrating in the heat of battle especially since it blocks an important prompt.
- Larger FOV settings. Maybe controversial but the FOV of this game is absurdly low, it needs to be 105 at minimum like most other shooters- and ideally I'd prefer the game let you have an FOV of up to 120. Right now the max is so low that it genuinely causes motion sickness for some players.
- Let us opt-in enable friendly fire so that players can easily duel their teammates and set up TDM's.
- Save-able quick weapon loadouts.
- Sorting options for barrels and crates.
- Keybind for bait.
- Ammo crates at outposts
- Birds over sunken player ships.
I'm sure there are many more things that I can't think of right now as well.
