Don't kick player when they AFK

Because of how few people are on a server at once, ships effectively doing nothing is not only expensive for Rare to host servers and wasting space with it, but is also bad for anyone who is after ships to sink, hurting the PvP v PvE "economy" so to speak.

Also besides that, people would just log onto open crew and go AFK if there was no timer

This topic has always been a heavily discussed thing. When you get LazyBearded its upsetting, but the game is far better kicking afk players. If I roll up on a ship I want someone to be at their computer playing.

I don't see any reason why to make such a distinction; all it would do is open up the possibility to farm gold & rep while AFK on an emissary ship. I don't think people who do open crew will be happy about this as to get rid of such a player, they have to lower their emissary flag.

Why does ANY game kick people for being AFK? Because your not helping the game, & wasting space for those who wanna play. Idk seems like a reasonable thing to happen.

Alone in a sloop, take some eye rest and then be kicked.

What were you doing for 10-15min that you needed to go afk that long? Rest your eyes, well I believe that is a sign you need to logoff and quit.
I know its hard...but come on. If your eyes are hurting enough you need a break, stop and quit.

Just cook an Indomie noodles for eat, get kicked too.

Roughly takes 5-10min depending on the person. Sooo..yeah.
