Reknown 41; Still Don't Have The Beachcomber's Bounty Wheel

    It's the Rank 23 reward for people who have the Plunder Pass. I have the Pass. I've been past rank 23 for probably 24 hours or more.
    I have the capstan and sails and figurehead. But it has not rewarded me the Wheel.

    I also can't find the costume you get...

    The Wheel, Cannons and Cannonflare are currently not coming in as expected. The Team is aware of this and are looking into a fix.
