    Sorry guys i don't know if this is the right section of the forum where to post this. I apologize if it is not correct.

    But where is the helm of the Wild Rose skin set? I can see everything but not the helm. Is just a bug or something?

    The Wild Rose Wheel requires the "Always Yours" commendation.
    Which you can acquire by completing all the commendations for the 'Wild Rose' Tall Tale.

    @sullivanlastrin as said in the post above...you need to complete all commendations for the wild rose tall tale to get it
