Support Ticket Help

  • Hi there! So for the past year or so I have been completely unable to open new Support Tickets or even check my old ones. It used to work flawlessly but for some reason that is no longer the case... When I try to open up a ticket the Website loads for around 5 seconds before logging me out of my account and (sometimes) booting me back to the SOT Homepage, if not the Support Home Page. This has made it impossible for me to report some bugs I have found and other issues related. Does anyone else experience this issue, and if so, have you fixed it? I would love to know how if so!

    Also just to add.. I made another Microsoft Account just to test it and that seemed to work just fine - so it's something to do with my account for no apparent reason...

    In that case perhaps a deckhand can help by informing at the support desk or you could create a support ticket with your other MS account about this account :).

    Just checked and you're not on any lists that would suggest you are banned from the website/support pages.

    You aren't connecting via a VPN or an extension or firewall getting in the way maybe?

  • @musicmee I don't believe so nope since this is the exact same setup as previously when it used to work. Plus I don't believe another account would work if it were to be an extension or firewall producing the issue. It is super super strange...

  • @rocketmankian Odd! I have seen us discussing your issue in our Rare channels in the past with no real reason why this should be happening.

    But I will let them know it is still happening.

  • Have you tried on a different browser?
    It could be there is some broken cookie for the account which will cause a problem even when other accounts work.

  • @joelmuzz Yep I'm using Chrome right now and I've tried to use Microsoft Edge but still not working

  • @rocketmankian Passed it on as I said I would... but I don't suppose you could try access this on a mobile device over 4G/5G? I had a thought overnight.

    Just tried to access this on my mobile device via Mobile Data but still didn't work unfortunately.
