For the Emissary Ledger I got Captain in Gold Hoarders, Admiral in Merchants and Grandee in Order of Souls but I didn't receive the Figureheads for both Gold Hoarders and Merchants but received it for Order of Souls. I got the Hulls and title so it didn't delete my progress. Did they change the requirements to get Captain, Admiral ,etc 3/2 days before the rewards were given or is this just a bug?
