hi everyone, i personally think that sea of thieves should maybe start to introduce things for pirate legends i think so many more people would enjoy this i just watched a video on youtube about why we need more for pirate legends i think it would be a great idea because we dont get much to do or get when we get this amazing legend commendation sorry if im a little over the place i hope you understand what i mean please leave your feedback id love to hear it thank you
PIRATE LEGEND UPDATE!
I think focus on pirate legend in this game was a mistake
it's a game that people often invest thousand of hours in and the devs essentially glorified the tutorial of SOT which lead a lot of the players to think of it as more significant than it is. This also lead to disappointment as it's something easy to achieve yet everyone has high expectations for it.
The focus should have been filling the pages of the captain's log with freedom infused pve/pvp adventure instead a bunch of the players are always focused on completing the prologue of the journey
The focus on pirate legend being significant created an environment of arrogance and status worship where people think because they achieved something so simple that they would bring more to the table from it and those that haven't yet achieved it have less value. Arrogance has taken down more ships and lost more loot than any other enemy out there so I don't think PL has done a lot of people any favors
