Ahoy my dearest lads!
Decided to write down to the community for support, as the dearest pseudo-support desk ZENDESK is literally ghosting me after 2 tickets :D
I'm having issues with in-game voicechat, basically i can't hear others neither can they hear me.
-On steam
-all troubleshooting from the forums have failed
-zendesk thinks i need to contact xbox console support 'cause my CONSOLE is broken. This is the part where I lost all hope.
Whenever I speak, i got the speech bubble in the corner of the screen (audio transmission is heard), others can't hear it though, i have thoroughly checked if the game can hear me, specific input/output, default devices on steam, xbox companion app and windows-side input output all checked and tweaked to the right ones. other players' voices are not hearable as well, as I do not see the speech icon above them, YES i have that on. YES, I have checked if the other crews options are muted, they are a-okay.
-I'm also using voicemod, but I have checked the game WITH and WITHOUT it. It is not the issue with the Virtual audio cable.
