Hey pirates!
I don't mind being spawned camped.
I solo sloop a lot, so it comes with the territory, sure.
What I don't get is the campers needless head start that comes in the form of hearing swords and shots against me while in the black loading screen, only to gain vision and character control with my health nearly gone.
I embrace the rage of being spawn camped and am always looking forward to some payback, getting better at it, etc...
The rage I won't embrace is that related to them seeing me spawn into their game as a statue for a few seconds (if that really is the case here). That would be lame to the point of perhaps never playing solo again (one of my favorite ways to play)...
Thoughts?
Is that something I need to fix on my end?
Latency, faster hard drive, lowest graphical settings, some needed upgrade of sorts?
Or is this just some game mechanic / reason I am unware of that needs explanation or some other tactical workaround on my end?
Feels pretty unacceptable that vision and character control isn't obtained at the same time any damage can be done to the spawning character.
