If you add the option to buy the masculine and feminine costumes after you buy the emissary flag, it could be an easy feature to allow for more customization.

I made a female Pirate just for the lulz early on and like to give her a cool, stylish look if possible as well and I get exactly what you are saying.
We need stuff that just looks right.
That said... if a gendered version ever comes in, I want the cool purple dress with the corset that the Soulsorder ladys wear.

Only the merchants give us the same stuff as the NPC's wear. And it looks very pristine.
My problem with the clothes is that they don't look cool to me like at all. The athena costume looks like someone plucked a glow in the dark parrot and tossed its feathers together.
The only one that I really like that feels the bill is the reapers clothes. It fits and its clean. I like simple designs, the athena ghost clothes look like something a jester of court would wear, not a menacing lord of the sea.
I just wish they had some clean sleek clothes. Some of the regular stuff they have looks good but has holes and rips all over the place. :(
