I think that it would be really great if there were player bounties like if you kill skeleton ships krakens megs do skull forts or kill player ships your bounty gets higher and higher and the reapers bones offer missions to take down the highest bounty in the server and then when you kill them you get their bounty as coins, the mission completes but now you have a bounty so the company you were working for is sending pirates to take you down! Idk if the bounty should carry from server to server but yeah if something like this was introduced i would play the game a lot more.
Player bounties
I don't know if it would make sense in-game for you to gain a bounty by making the seas safer (killing skeletons, krakens, etc) but sinking player ships could do it. Then again, we have the Reaper's Bones now, who effectively DO gain a bounty as they kill players, since they're visible on the map to everyone and have that high-value flag you can then sell. In effect, the emissary system is an opt-in bounty system already, with higher risk for higher rewards.
