Twitch Drops

I'm get stuck on step two of the twitch linking URL below. I have tried all the steps listed re-linking twitch to Sea Of Thieves - https://support.seaofthieves.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360036101773-Twitch-Drops-Already-linked-to-an-xbox-live-account-support. Once I complete step two, it takes me back to step one, then keeps repeating the two steps. Any ideas on how to get past this? In Twitch, I do see past drops under inventory, though was never able to get them in game.
