Alliance reputation levels

You should get accommodations for do things in an alliances like completing skull forts or riding on an alliance members boat for a period of time and gain a level and vice versa piracy reputation for being pirate like

Not sure if they can, takes a lot of effort to design a Bed and Breakfast type Inn. Takes time and effort to make those accommodations.
