I play at 60fps because my screen only has 60hz. i like enabling vsync through the nvidia control panel because the in game vsync makes the movement very jittery.
however when im in some caves, outposts or when i jump into water. my fps is instantly reduced to 30fps then goes back up to 60fps causing huge stutters. i tried using adaptive vsync through the nvidia control panel but there seems to be zero difference.
the only thing that stops this is setting it to window mode. but i dont wanna play in a small window.
please add window borderless option or optimize full screen.
