I saw a reaper on the map near krakens fall stay in one spot in the water go from level 2 to level 5. How is that possible.

@captainluke56 Reaper levels up fairly quickly when on-boarding stolen loot. As noted here already, my guess would be they sunk another ship and took the loot.
@captainluke56 they probably “Reaped.”
Good thing you have a map and were able to check what was going on.
