Game won't launch?

    For some reason, when I go to launch the game itself from the Microsoft store, the game will pop up as it will launch, the small SoT picture surrounded by the giant grey area, and then it will immediately just close out... Does anyone know a 'fix' to this, because right now I am just forced to reinstall, as I did yesterday and that just gets irritating.

    @briggz77 One possible solution is to uninstall the Xbox Insider Hub App and reinstall it.

    Others:

    • Install any application from the microsoft store (then uninstall it if you want).
    • KattTruewalker has already mentioned this.

    Try a new local account:

    @ma-gang-de-put3 You click launch and wait for the picture to come up them wait for came to start. If you feel you have waited forever then i could suggest redownload the game. Not quite sure.

    @briggz77 I couldn't get it launched either so reinstalled the game and hey presto it worked fine.
    Annoying but if you know it works, its better than missing out. of course I played on Xbox while it reinstalled so Crossplay f*w
