Are the Promotion 'month' long cooldowns based on when you bought it, or on the calendar month?
@taysmanian it's once every update...at least until now it was...now with the seasons and the 3 monthly updates I guess it will be every 2nd wednesday in the month

Letters of Recommendation! I think it is each update (27th of January for the next one). It used to be each month but it changed since I don't know when. Someone might know better.

Gah! I figured it was just my game, must of missed a note or update on that part. One every 'Update' instead of a month xD that fine I guess.
