Found an item called "Old Hat" and looks like a regular hat but has barnacles on it at an outpost. Does anyone know what to do with it? I've never seen it in the game before.

@otsplug It‘s just some trash item you can get while fishing. You can sell it to the „Hunters Call“ Faction.

Like the other pirate said, feel free to sell it to anyone of the Hunter's Call people. It contributes to a specific commendation with their faction.
